People usually use this language voluntarily and involuntarily for different purposes, depending on the user and the recipient. As the teacher uses this language to communicate the information well to the students, the doctor also uses it during a conversation with his patients to relieve them or explain their condition, and the engineer supervising the work uses it while giving various instructions to workers and subordinates, and this language is used more for people who suffer from weakness in Hearing or handicapped.

It is noteworthy that women have a great ability to read and understand this language compared to men.
